Please review the following job description:

The purpose of this role is to define the current state and design, build, and implement processes/supporting technology that align with sustainable solutions, improving end-to-end change lifecycle and related processes for all ET teammates, considering their unique roles. Serve as an SME and POC on change lifecycle components, methodologies, and governance. Manage projects end-to-end, requiring previous PM experience and knowledge of Agile practices.

Specific TEMPO & BTO Objectives/Metrics include:

  1. Project Phase Gate Reviews – about 30% of capacity, including prep, facilitation, and post activities.
  2. Process improvement program support – 20% of capacity, managing as a consolidated program.
  3. Change process support and improvements – focusing on optimizing enterprise and technology change processes for automation, effectiveness, and sustainability, including defining current and future states of processes and tech.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and run ET demand process aligning resources with enterprise priorities.
  2. Oversee project portfolio health, including intake, planning, readiness, and execution.
  3. Lead internal and external teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  4. Engage with partners, including Risk, for project review and mitigation.
  5. Prepare project materials ensuring traceability.
  6. Assist in project prioritization and planning, ensuring coordination across initiatives.
  7. Build relationships with key leaders for support and buy-in.
  8. Conduct Organizational Change Management to ensure successful change adoption.
  9. Provide dashboards and summaries for leadership updates.
  10. Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7-9 years of related experience or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years management experience.
  • Broad knowledge in finance, project management, or change management.
  • Ability to interpret business challenges and lead complex projects.
  • Management experience including talent recruitment and performance management.
  • Executive communication skills, negotiation, and influencing abilities.

Preferred:

  • Financial services experience.
  • Business transformation experience.
  • Support role experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Sitting constantly, standing and walking occasionally.
  • Able to interpret information and communicate effectively.
  • Manual dexterity for office equipment.
  • Availability for scheduled hours including overtime.
  • Minimal travel, up to 10%.
