Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in business operations, systems implementation, business analysis, project/program management, consulting, operational excellence or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading systems deployments, integrations, business systems implementations or operational initiatives.
• Experience working in highly matrixed environments and managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead small‑to‑medium systems deployment and integration initiatives from planning through implementation and operationalization.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, ensuring timelines and dependencies stay on track.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, document operational processes and gather requirements.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities including test planning, issue tracking and resolution follow‑up.
