Qualifications

• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and related tools.
• Professional certifications: CBTP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP preferred.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : The Sr. Business Transformation Analyst supports enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, performance, and innovation.
