The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in business problem-solving, data analysis, and experience applying AI and analytics to business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis; AI/applications experience highly preferred.

Business Transformation Analyst Sr. - Finance

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : The Sr. Business Transformation Analyst supports enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, performance, and innovation. This role collaborates across departments to identify and prioritize opportunities, applying analytical and data-driven capabilities to solve business challenges, and leverages AI to improve business processes. The Analyst requires a strong foundation in business problem-solving, data analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive meaningful change.

• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.

Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
