The Business Transactions and Services Assistant will serve as the initial point of contact for requesters on a broad range of procurement, travel, and expense transactions. Under the direction of the Procurement Shared Services Center management, this role works on entry level requests to support the department. Responsible for triaging customer questions related to procurement and expense as it relates to university policy and procedures, state and federal law, and industry best practices to faculty, staff, suppliers and guests of the university.
