Spencer Fane LLP in Kansas City seeks a mid- to senior level Business Transactions Associate with 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have a JD and Missouri bar admission, and can interface directly with attorneys and clients.

The role requires ability to work independently, strong communication, and the capacity to manage multiple projects while developing legal strategies in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

JOB TITLE: Business Transactions Associate

POSITION TYPE: In Office

POSITION SUMMARY:

Spencer Fane is seeking candidates for an opening in our Kansas City office for a mid- to senior level business transaction Associate with 3 or more years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters. An ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including but not limited to commercial transactions, tax, reorganizations, contracts, corporate governance and compliance.

The qualifications below are required:
