Department: Arts and Sciences | Service Center
Under the direction of the Arts and Sciences Business Services Center Fiscal Lead, provides primary fiscal support to the Arts & Sciences (ASC) Business Services Center (BSC). Responsible for initial review of fiscal transactions including travel and non-travel reimbursements, procurement card transactions, travel pre-trip requests, non-purchase order/miscellaneous payments, and supplier ID requests, ensuring compliance with University and ASC policies. Serves as a point of contact for faculty and staff on fiscal procedures. Works as part of the BSC team to provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing. Provides backup procurement support and participates in special projects and training as needed.
Required: High School diploma or GED. Two years of relevant experience in business administration, finance, or procurement. Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
Desired: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of university policies; experience with fiscal principles and applications; experience using Workday for OSU financial transactions.
The College of Arts and Sciences Business Service Center is seeking a Business Transactions and Services Senior Coordinator. The pay range is $21.35 - $27.88, with offers based on internal equity, budget, and qualifications.
