Arrow Service Team is a fast-growing leader in emergency restoration services, serving both residential and commercial clients. Arrow Service Team is a leader in the disaster restoration industry in North Dakota, based out of Bismarck, ND. We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our Bismarck or Dickinson Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll build lasting relationships with local businesses and service providers, positioning Arrow Service Team as the go-to solution when disaster strikes. Daily travel is normal for this position; however, you will be back home each night. Time will also be spent at the office and in some instances, you will be able to work from home.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with new B2B prospects
  • Develop strong partnerships with, property managers, large commercial accounts, and government agencies.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored restoration solutions
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
  • Schedule and manage consistent outreach and follow-up activity
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts, leads, and campaigns
  • Track and report on sales performance and lead activity
  • Stay current on market trends and competitor offerings
  • Participation with trade show and/or community involvement opportunities
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (service industry preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with strategic planning abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on a team

Pay:

  • Base salary plus incentives (beginning/starting earning potential of $50k + per year)
  • 90-day review(eligible for wage adjustment if applicable)
  • Annual reviews based off anniversary date (eligible for wage adjustment if applicable)

Schedule:

  • 45 hours per week
  • Generally, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5:00pm (but flexible to accommodate afterhours or occasional weekend events)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (minimum)
  • Related college degree preferred but not required

License/Certification:

  • Valid Driver's License (required)
