Job Description

Family Heritage, a subsidiary of Globe Life, offers supplemental health policies that pay cash directly to the policyholder. The main policies cover Cancer, Heart Attack / Stroke, and Accidents. All policies offer a full return of premium (100% money back) if no claims are filed. Our policies assist individuals and families in covering indirect costs, such as lost income, that traditional health insurance does not cover.

We are the fastest-growing company in our industry, with only 7% of Americans currently carrying this type of coverage, indicating a relatively untapped market.

Our target market includes small to mid-size business owners, municipalities, school districts, and other demographics. There are no defined territories; we primarily work within local communities but have the flexibility to operate nationwide.

The sales cycle is short, typically around 30 minutes, with clients qualified through a simple two-page application.

Income is performance-based with 100% vested lifetime residuals, allowing for legacy wealth creation. Residuals are willable.

Additional benefits include monthly bonuses, Globe Life stock incentives, and fully paid company trips.

This is a 100% commission-based position with monthly bonuses and weekly pay.
