Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a skilled systems analyst to define and develop applications, improving workflow and efficiency. You will analyze existing systems, propose improvements, and serve as a technical liaison among management, staff, and information systems.

Responsibilities include cost analysis, documenting procedures, and testing new or updated systems. Strong Excel, data handling, and programming (VBA/Python/SQL) experience are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Six or more years of related experience (with project lead responsibilities), or eight or more years of related experience.

  • Ensure documentation and requests comply with policies; maintain systems to monitor and report on projects, plans or data; provide reports to management as needed.
  • Write test plans and perform tests of new systems and modifications; develop communication tools to ensure awareness of policies and study results.

Job Description

Responsible for defining and performing systems analysis and development tasks to improve workflow and operating efficiency. Formulates proposals for new systems and information needs by analyzing existing systems and procedures and defining recommended technical and procedural improvements. Analyzes costs of existing operations and estimates cost savings to be achieved by implementing proposed changes; makes recommendations based on analysis. Participates in the modification of existing applications or development of new applications. Acts as a liaison and technical resource between management, staff and information systems to define and communicate standards of operational policy, plans, customer service or financial/performance reporting. Ensures all documentation and requests comply with established policies and procedures. Maintains applicable systems to monitor and track projects, plans and/or data; provides reports to management as needed. Writes test plans and performs tests of new systems and modifications to existing systems. Develops communication tools to ensure a high level of awareness of policies, plans, procedures or study/project results.

  • Experience working with Exchange Traded Funds; especially those with ETF service operations experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Project Management: Strong project management, organization and analytical skills; use of project management techniques and testing processes, and supervises their use

Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
