If you are a highly motivated individual with business tax preparation experience and excellent communication skills, we need you to help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax Business products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations for business and personal tax returns, as well as significant experience in preparing and filing these returns.
Create high-quality customer interactions that instill confidence using deep customer empathy, your extensive knowledge in business tax preparation, and books-to-tax accounting entries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
Follow defined practices, procedures, and company policies to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to tax advice and return preparation.
Document customer interactions thoroughly.
Work towards meeting company key performance metrics and goals.
Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations as needed.
