If you are a highly motivated individual with business tax preparation experience, excellent communication skills, and an active, unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we need you to help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax Business products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations for business and personal tax returns, as well as significant experience in preparing and filing these returns.

What you'll bring
  • Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, evidenced by 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season using commercial tax software.
  • Must possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
  • Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 tax returns per year in a professional or retail setting, strongly preferred.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
  • Bookkeeping experience related to tax preparation is strongly preferred.
  • Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry clients is strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain any required state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid PTIN.
  • Commitment to a schedule of at least 20 hours/week during the tax season.
  • Working knowledge of Circular 230.
  • Proficiency with technology and computer software.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally via video and audio tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, research skills, and determination.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection meeting security standards.
