You will combine technical expertise with practical advice to support clients' financial objectives.

The role involves signing federal and state returns for corporations and partnerships, managing compliance, advising on entity choices, and coordinating retirement and succession planning

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of public accounting experience with an extensive background in entity taxation.
• CPA or JD required; Master’s in taxation preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Willingness and desire to be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign off on federal and state tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
• Manage the full compliance process, including estimates, extensions, and K-1 coordination.
• Advise on entity selection, restructuring, and tax-efficient operating strategies.
• Develop compensation and distribution planning strategies for businessowners.
• Analyze and recommend retirement plan options in coordination with broader planning objectives.
• Support exit and succession planning, including business sales, ownership transitions, and generational transfers.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other internal specialists to integrate business tax strategies into comprehensive client planning.

Compensation

• Salary range: $150,000 –$200,000 plus incentive bonus
• Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, and Disability Insurance for employees are 100% paid for by thecompany
