This is a remote, customer-facing role where you will assist TurboTax Business customers with tax return preparation, advice, and inquiries using advanced video communication tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
• Providing expert guidance on federal and state tax laws
• Assisting customers via video calls with tax advice, return preparation, and filing
• Documenting customer interactions and ensuring quality service

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for a minimum of 20 clients per season
• Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN and knowledge of Circular 230
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week in a fast-paced environment
• Reside in the United States and have reliable internet meeting security standards

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with bookkeeping, service industry clients, and using tax software
