Responsibilities

• Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations.
• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns, including 1065 and/or 1120-S, for at least 20 clients per season.
• Assist customers with tax advice, product inquiries, tax calculations, and filing extensions via virtual communication tools.
• Create positive customer interactions, ensuring confidence and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S).
• At least 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with 30+ returns annually, preferred.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across multiple days.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and active PTIN.
• Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with technology and software.
• Reside in the United States and meet internet security requirements.
