Job Overview

This position involves working in the Technology Innovation Department and Utilities Division, focusing on HRMS and utility information systems respectively. Current vacancies include Grades I-VII, with salaries ranging from $30.991 to $79.375 hourly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform applications programming, system analysis, and support activities.
  • Develop, test, debug, and modify programs; develop system procedures and documentation.
  • Interface with end users to implement system modifications; prepare technical specifications.
  • Provide customer service and recommend solutions to business needs.
Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet one of the following options:

  1. Option A: Bachelor's degree in a related field + 1 year of relevant experience.
  2. Option B: Associate's degree + 3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Option C: Completion of a certificate program + 4 years of relevant experience.

Proof of education and experience must be uploaded during application.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of hardware/software principles; effective communication skills; willingness to work flexible hours; valid driver's license may be required.
Desirable Qualifications

For HR/Payroll Supervisor: experience with HRMS, modernization initiatives, mainframe systems, SQL, reporting tools, and mentorship abilities.

For CIS Analyst: experience with utility systems, billing, notifications, system modifications, and SQL querying.

Selection Procedure

Applications are evaluated based on training, experience, education, and certification. The process is continuous and non-competitive. Applications received by June 6, 2025, will be considered for Test #01.
