Job Overview

This position is available in various departments including Police, Technology Innovation, and Utilities. Current vacancies range from Grade I to Grade VII, with salaries from $30.991 to $79.375 hourly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support HRMS or utility information systems, including payroll, leave management, billing, and collections.
  2. Develop, test, and implement system modifications and new applications.
  3. Provide technical support and training to end users.
  4. Maintain system documentation and perform hardware/software maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet one of the following:

  • Option A: Bachelor's degree in relevant field + 1 year of related experience.
  • Option B: Associate's degree + 3 years of related experience.
  • Option C: Technical certificate + 4 years of related experience.

Proof of education and experience is required at application submission.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Understanding of computer hardware/software principles.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Desirable Qualifications

Preferences include experience with HRMS, cloud migration, mainframe systems, SQL, and reporting tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
