OTSI(Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for an Intelligent Automation Governance Lead - SAP S4, based in the Sacramento area. The role focuses on preparing Finance automation for S4 migration, ensuring continuity, and governing the end-to-end automation portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in Intelligent Automation and 5+ years with UiPath, plus hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and release governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation / RPA delivery and governance across enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years hands-on UiPath-based automation experience, including architecture and governance roles.
• Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and how they impact automations (T-Codes, BAPIs, Fiori).
• Strong understanding of Finance processes: Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Shared Services.
• Demonstrated ability defining release-governance and change-control in production environments.
• Experience as a Solution Architect / Automation Lead in large AI/Automation settings.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.
• Knowledge of API-based integrations with SAP (OData/REST) and non-SAP sources.

Responsabilités

• The Intelligent Automation Governance Lead - SAP S4 readies the Finance automation estate and AI platform for S4 migration and scale with minimal business interruption.
• Owns end-to-end assessment, disposition, and remediation of the automation portfolio (retain / redesign / retire / replace).
• Establishes reference architecture and release-governance controls for automation continuity through S4 design, cutover, and hypercare.
• Partners with SAP S4 project team and Finance AI & Automation teams to finalize the redesign / re-delivery roadmap.
• Maintains a live disposition tracker and readiness dashboard showing portfolio status, remediation progress, and risk exposure.
• Coordinates impact analysis for T-Codes, BAPIs, Fiori apps, interfaces introduced by S4 and translates into remediation requirements.
• Defines release management, versioning, and change-control standards across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• Acts as trusted advisor to Finance leadership on automation continuity risk and governance posture.

Major Responsibilities

• The Intelligent AutomationGovernance Lead - SAP S4 is responsible for readying the Finance automationestate and AI platform for the SAP S/4HANA migration and future scale, ensuring that production automations complete the transition with no-to-minimal businessinterruption. This role owns the end-to-end assessment, disposition, andremediation of the automation portfolio (retain / redesign / retire / replace)and establishes the reference architecture and release-governance controls thatsafeguard automation continuity through S4 design, cutover, and hypercare.Working in close partnership with the SAP S4 project team, SAP IT teams, andthe internal Finance AI & Automation team, the role finalizes and maintainsthe automation redesign / re-delivery roadmap in sync with the S4implementation framework. The ideal candidate combines strong intelligentautomation expertise (UiPath), SAP S/4HANA impact awareness, andplatform/release governance discipline to protect business continuity whileenabling scalable, standards-aligned automation delivery.
• Ensure automation continuitythroughout the S4 transition, executing remediation and re-delivery withno-to-minimal business interruption to Finance operations.
• Assess and disposition the fullFinance automation portfolio for S4 readiness, classifying each automation asretain, redesign, retire, or replace.
• Ready the Finance automationestate and AI platform for S4 migration and scale, ensuring automations remainresilient through the transition.
• Remediate high-impactautomations ahead of the relevant S4 design and cutover gates, prioritizingbased on business criticality and migration risk.
• Partner closely with the SAP S4project team, relevant SAP IT teams, and the internal Finance AI &Automation team to finalize and maintain the automation redesign / re-deliveryroadmap, kept in sync with the S4 implementation framework and timelines.
• Establish and maintain areference architecture for S4-compatible automations, including reusablepatterns, standards, and design guardrails.
• Define and enforcerelease-governance checks so that 100% of production releases are routedthrough governance controls.
• Maintain a live dispositiontracker and readiness dashboard providing visibility into portfolio status,remediation progress, and risk exposure.
• Coordinate impact analysis forT-Code, BAPI, Fiori app, interface, and integration changes introduced by S4,and translate these into automation remediation requirements.
• Define release management,versioning, and change-control standards across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• Prior participation inadditional S/4 migration programs involving RPA portfolio migration andautomation redesign.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7+ years of overall experiencein Intelligent Automation / RPA delivery, platform governance, or enterpriseautomation lifecycle management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experiencewith UiPath-based automation solutions, including architecture and governanceroles.
• Proven experience assessing andremediating large automation portfolios through major ERP or platformmigrations.
• Hands-on experience through afull or in-flight SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration journey (strongly preferred) -including how ECC-to-S4 changes (T-Codes, BAPIs, Fiori, table/data modelchanges, interfaces) impact existing automations and the sequencing of remediationacross design, cutover, and hypercare.
• Strong understanding of Financebusiness processes including Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash,and Shared Services operations.
• Demonstrated experiencedefining and operating release-governance and change-control frameworks in aproduction environment.
• Prior experience as a SolutionArchitect, Automation Lead, Senior Engineer, or Principal Engineer inenterprise or large-scale AI/Automation environments.
