Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, or related field.
• Interest in enterprise applications and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with support activities for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot user issues and support service desk requests.
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, and UAT.
• Document business processes, system requirements, and procedures.
• Support data validation, data cleanup, and data migration.
• Create training materials and end-user documentation.
• Assist with report validation and data analysis.
• Collaborate with business users to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support application integrations and process automation.
• Provide status updates in project meetings.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge base.
