Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Workday Operations team to enhance HR systems infrastructure
  • Analyze data trends and propose systematic operations solutions for People data-related processes
  • Design and maintain custom dashboards to support global People team initiatives
  • Manage complex data operations including EIBs, mass uploads, and cross-system integrations
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and optimize Workday security architecture
Qualifications (What is Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR operations experience, focusing on systems and project management
  • Proven expertise in Workday, including custom report development and EIB management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with security group administration and business process configuration in Workday
  • Track record of implementing scalable and compliant processes in global organizations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
