  • Lead requirements definition with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure alignment to measurable business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver declarative and configuration-based solutions within Salesforce CPQ & Billing while ensuring system scalability and data integrity.
  • Reduce technical debt and manual workarounds by identifying automation opportunities across QTC processes.
  • Improve reporting fidelity and executive visibility by enhancing Salesforce data models and dashboards.
  • Lead structured UAT with clear success criteria, measurable acceptance standards, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Evaluate and recommend platform enhancements, integrations, or architectural improvements that increase system performance and user experience.
  • Ensure changes account for downstream system impacts across ERP, billing, provisioning, and analytics ecosystems.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that improves long-term maintainability and system clarity.
  • Raise quality standards in user story creation, acceptance criteria, and solution validation.
Additional Details

This role operates beyond traditional business analysis and requires a strategic systems thinker capable of driving business transformation through technology, process excellence, and cross-functional leadership.

  • Designs AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort while maintaining appropriate controls and oversight.
  • Partners effectively with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to operationalize AI-driven insights.
