Title: Business System Analyst
Location: Menlo Park, CA (onsite)
Duration: 8+ month contract
Compensation: $67 - $87
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing headcount data, systems, and processes, as well as drafting business requirement documents. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  1. Data Management: Oversee and manage headcount data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
  2. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data management and reporting.
  3. System Integration: Work with IT and other departments to integrate headcount data systems and ensure seamless data flow.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to align headcount data management with organizational goals.
  6. Business Requirement Documents: Draft and maintain business requirement documents for headcount data management projects, ensuring that they accurately reflect stakeholder needs and expectations.
  7. Analyze and optimize FPA systems and processes to improve financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in headcount systems and data analysis, preferably with a focus on FPA systems and processes.
  3. Experience: Proven experience in headcount management, data systems, and FP&A process optimization.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization tools).
  5. Demonstrated experience in managing Oracle Enterprise Planning tools, including financial planning, capital planning, and workforce planning.
  6. Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM (EPBCS, PCMCS, EDMCS).
  7. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. BRD Experience: Demonstrated experience drafting business requirement documents, including:
  10. Gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements.
  11. Developing and maintaining BRDs throughout the project lifecycle.
  12. Ensuring that BRDs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  13. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex projects.
  14. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
