Our team continues to design and deliver innovative, complex solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.Responsibilities:The Business System Analyst on the Tier 2 support team plays a critical role as the primary point of contact for handling escalated issues from Tier 1 related to Momentum Financials and its related interfaces and reports. This includes providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting complex system errors, configuration challenges, and user access permissions that cannot be resolved by Tier 1 support. The analyst is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of escalated tickets, from initial diagnosis through to resolution, ensuring all actions and solutions are clearly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
