The successful analyst will work closely with business stakeholders leading requirements sessions to understand various system needs and coordinate with technology teams as well.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or similar degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements is required.
• Needs to be technically curious and highly analytical and someone who likes to solve problems.
• Needs to be someone who likes to figure out how things work.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to write detailed documentation.
• Must be able to lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Must have a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Experience with SQL queries is a plus.
• Experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus.
• Must have the ability and willingness to learn new things and take direction.
• Experience writing various forms of documentation including user stories is ideal.
• Ideally would have experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Must have disciplined, structured approach to business requirements gathering.
• Must be driven and be a self-motivated individual.
• Must be able to deal with business stakeholders and technical teams at various levels within an enterprise organization.
• Must be collaborative and pick up on new things quickly.
