What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement business process solutions
- Maintain high-quality data standards through active management and troubleshooting
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deliver timely, accurate data via reporting tools and dashboards
- Configure and manage business processes supporting finance, HR, payroll, and student administration
- Document system designs, configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or comparable experience
- Proficiency in SQL query creation and experience handling structured data
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Exceptional analytical, logical, and technical skills
- Active support for the university’s mission and values, with evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday reporting, configuration, PRISM analytics, Adaptive Planning, or similar systems
- Knowledge in data lake creation and management
- Prior experience in higher education or complex organizational environments
