Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst - Registrar Systems manages, configures, and maintains registrar-related systems, including Ellucian Banner and DegreeWorks. This role acts as a bridge between technology and business processes, collaborating with IT, Business Operations, and stakeholders to define requirements, implement solutions, and conduct testing. The analyst also supports Institutional Support Services by managing system updates, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance to ensure efficiency and compliance with academic policies.
