Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Business System Analyst in Huntsville, AL to drive modernization across government teams through data-driven process improvement and reengineering. You will shape automated workflows, model data, and measure performance to meet mission objectives using technology and streamlined business methods.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree, and extensive experience in business systems analysis, with strong communication and training

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis or process reengineering.
• Proven experience leading organizational transitions and implementing automated processes.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with training and facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply process improvement and BPR methodologies to large-scale modernization projects.
• Design and implement modernized functional workflows leveraging data models.
• Lead transitions of organizations or teams to improve automated processes.
• Support data modeling and performance measurement to map change.
• Identify industry best practices and tailor modern business methods for government missions.
• Create and assess performance metrics to track reengineering success.
• Provide expert facilitation and training to transfer knowledge across teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks during organizational transitions and tech adoption.
• Supervise and direct reengineering specialists and web architects as needed.
