Job summary

Techstra Solutions seeks a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years in Online/Digital Banking to drive cross-functional IT initiatives. You will partner with product, security and data teams to translate complex banking requirements into scalable solutions and ensure PCI compliance and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with AI-first initiatives, offshore/onshore collaboration, and agile delivery to accelerate banking product lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Online/Digital Banking, understanding PCI compliance, security, and transaction processing.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Data Modeling (Relational and NoSQL).
• Foundational understanding of LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT) and how they can be applied to banking "agents".
• Savvy technology acumen; ability to discuss API architecture, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations with engineers.
• Proven track record of working with offshore/onshore models to drive project velocity.
• 8+ years of total experience as a BSA or System Analyst in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Product Stewardship: deeply understand the retail banking product lifecycle to align tech solutions with business goals.
• Requirement Engineering: lead the discovery and documentation of comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
• Agile Delivery: author high-quality User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and manage the product backlog with Product Owners.
• Data Modeling & SQL: perform deep-dive data analysis and mapping; write complex SQL queries for data integrity and model definitions.
• AI Innovation (Agentic AI): identify opportunities to implement autonomous AI agents to enhance self-service, fraud detection, or loan processing.
• Global Collaboration: act as the primary contact for offshore development and QA teams across time zones.

Provides solutions for IT and business on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements . Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed. Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .
