Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (IT): IV (Lead)
Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Columbus, OH (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Must Have Data Warehouse, Snowflake Experience.

As a Lead BSA Analyst, you will work with the business to understand their needs, document technical requirements, and build/manage the product backlog. Key EDW technologies include Snowflake, DataStage, Python/PySpark, Infogix, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, product owner, and team members.
• Work in an Agile environment, taking requirements and effectively developing Features and User Stories with the team.
• Collaborate with the Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, including documenting source to target data mappings.
• Refine Epics with Product Owner and SMEs, leading to creation of Features and User Stories.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to prepare user stories for prioritization.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Work with Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to the Scrum Master.
