The Business Systems Analyst III serves as the senior liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams for AzureDevOps enabled process improvement and enterprise workflow initiatives in a regulated federal IT environment. The role leads discovery, analysis, validation, and prioritization of business, functional, data, and reporting requirements to support practical, traceable solutions.
This position translates current-state and future-state workflows into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and Agile backlog items. The analyst partners with product owners, developers, testers, and operational stakeholders through design, sprint planning, testing, release readiness, and post-implementation validation to ensure delivered solutions meet intended business outcomes.
Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
