A healthcare diagnostics company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to bridge business needs with technical solutions for their Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in a regulated healthcare setting. The role is remote with occasional weekend work, requiring strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.

As a Business System Analyst II, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical software engineering team responsible for the implementation of our cloud-based enterprise Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) which handles the generation, analysis, quality control, and interpretation of clinical data produced by diagnostic NGS assays. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting scientific and technical requirements, and will assume a key role in ensuring requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of business systems analysis experience, preferably in a regulated scientific or healthcare environment, with strong skills in requirement gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder communication.
This is a salaried position with occasional weekend work to satisfy project timelines. This position can work 100% remote and may require up to 10% travel. Candidates must be located in the US and available during Eastern and Central business hours.
