What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide business analysis to support daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to U.S. Regulators
- Understand the requirements of the Reporting team and define strategic solutions for business needs
- Identify system requirements and document them through specifications
- Utilize knowledge of AxiomSL ControllerView for technical and functional insights
- Create and execute test cases to validate regulatory reports generated by the Axiom system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in the same fields
- Experience in preparing functional requirements documents and writing test strategies and test cases
- Proficient knowledge of AxiomSL ControllerView platform from both technical and functional perspectives
- Familiarity with Agile and Sprint delivery operating models, as well as tools like SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with finance and accounting, particularly knowledge of regulatory reports such as FFIEC 031, FRY-9C, and CCAR Reports
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under tight deadlines
