Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions, seeks a Business Systems Analyst II to bridge Supply Chain needs with technology. You will gather requirements, configure ERP/JDE, develop reporting, lead testing, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and data visibility.

You will design and maintain dashboards and BI solutions, participate in data governance, and coordinate cross‑functional projects with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, supply chain, business admin, industrial engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience supporting ERP systems, supply chain, manufacturing, reporting, or process improvement.
• JD Edwards (JDE) Manufacturing/Distribution experience.
• Strong SQL, Power BI, Sequel Viewpoint, Power Automate, and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, KPI development, and dashboards.
• Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional specs.
• Experience with workflow automation, change impact, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure, support, and maintain ERP/JDE applications and related systems.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and lead system testing including UAT.
• Troubleshoot process and system issues to ensure continuity.
• Design, implement, and support system enhancements with IT and stakeholders.
• Support change management, deployment, and stabilization efforts.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Power BI solutions.
• Create Sequel Viewpoint reporting and analytics; monitor KPIs for supply chain and manufacturing.
• Lead requirements gathering, gap analyses, and process assessments; develop specs, test plans, and docs.
• Lead workflow optimization and automation projects; perform root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Document current and future state processes and workflows.
• Monitor data quality KPIs; support master data governance and stewardship.
