The BSA works closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure that IT systems are aligned with business goals and objectives.

Elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements through techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and analysis of existing systems. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for IT solutions. Use tools such as process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and business process modeling notation (BPMN) to represent processes.

Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Ensure that test cases cover all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation and deployment of IT solutions, including system configuration, data migration, and user training. Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and processes. Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and system procedures to support end-users. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems and processes.

Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams, acting as a liaison to ensure mutual understanding and alignment. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress, issues, and solutions. Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into project plans and future enhancements.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential solutions and their impacts on business operations. Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
