About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze complex systems, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT operations. This role involves working closely with business operations and IT development teams to design, develop, and implement system improvements.

California Hiring Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,600.00

Final salary will depend on factors such as location, experience, education, and skills, and will be mutually agreed upon at the offer stage.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and resolve production issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Support and enhance the legacy CIS ERP system, including troubleshooting, implementing new requirements, and data analysis, focusing on Finance and Accounting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and develop new requirements for the ERP IT functions.
• Generate and maintain operational reports and data analyses to support business needs.
• Provide daytime operational support for IT issue resolution.
• Design specifications for automated systems.
• Collaborate with Business Operations and IT Development teams on system development projects.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to address business or system challenges.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for development and support activities.
• Maintain strong communication and documentation skills to ensure procedural best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Management Information Systems; Master's preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development, system analysis, or data analysis.
• ERP development experience, especially in supply chain or manufacturing IT systems, is a plus.
• Experience with Sybase or MySQL databases.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly under pressure.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Good judgment in defining procedures and practices.
• Proficiency in Java is a plus.
