SiloSmashers is seeking a Business System Analyst to support our federal law enforcement client with business support.

Minimum of 5 years' experience is recommended. In the absence of years of experience, industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, ITIL Foundations, BPM Certification, CBPP, CBAP, CSM, CBPA, TOGAF, ACP) can be used to demonstrate the required level of experience.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, information systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, product analyst, or similar role in a technical or mission-driven environment.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar for documentation and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of the NIST RMF processes and cybersecurity programs and federal governance.
