Job summary

Talent Groups in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Business Analyst to gather requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, and drive claims lifecycle improvements across healthcare products. You will collaborate with data science, analytics, and operations to identify improper payments and support AI-enabled workflows.

You bring 10+ years in healthcare business analysis, deep claims lifecycle knowledge, and strong SQL/data-analysis skills to shape solutions and governance across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong U.S. healthcare experience across multiple lines of business.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare claims lifecycle – mandatory.
• Claims, payment integrity, FWA, or revenue cycle management experience.
• Requirements gathering, Agile, SQL, and data analysis.
• Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or automation initiatives.
