Qualifications

• Knowledge of elicitation techniques, scoping, requirements analysis, and planning.
• Familiarity with annuity/financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and IT to define needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide production support for analysis and resolution of defects.
