Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree preferred in Information Systems or Business Administration/Management.
• 3–5 years in a relevant operational area (e.g. customer service, claims, enrollment and billing).
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, developers, and team members to capture needs and drive quality solutions.
• Participate in full project life cycle on project teams.
• Support requirements testing including plans, scenarios, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with standards (SOC 2) and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Run and analyze system reports and communicate findings clearly.
• Mentor junior resources and share knowledge.
