Job summary

Girikon is seeking a full-time Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation of the DEEL contractor management platform. The role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and other functions to analyze current-state processes and design end-to-end workflows that improve the contractor lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of enterprise system experience, strong process engineering skills, and familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst on enterprise system implementations.
• Experience with DEEL contractor/workforce platforms is preferable.
• Experience with HRIS, ERP, Finance, Legal, and Identity Management systems.
• Knowledge of Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze contractor management processes and identify opportunities for optimization and standardization.
• Translate siloed requirements into cohesive end-to-end business processes.
• Create BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support DEEL platform implementation by aligning business processes with system capabilities.
• Identify process dependencies, risks, and integration points across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams and partners during solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate UAT, document test scenarios, and validate requirements.
• Assist with change management, including process documentation and user training.
• Ensure compliance with policies and contractor governance throughout implementation.
