Kalles Group in Seattle, WA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Consultant focused on device management and endpoint security. You will analyze remote access usage, support patch automation, and manage BYOD transitions while partnering with an automation team and coordinating multiple workstreams.

Required 2–4 years in IT/tech, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

• Familiar with Jira, ServiceNow or Zendesk, SharePoint, Microsoft 365.

• Document current/future-state processes, business requirements and user stories.
• Create end-user and Helpdesk content (e.g., SharePoint KB articles) to drive adoption.
• Support stakeholder engagement, change management and cross-functional communication.
• Track and report key metrics and progress across workstreams.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• The annual salary range for this role is $90,000-$105,000.

LOCATION:

This role is hybrid with onsite requirements at our client's location in Seattle, WA. Therefore, we are currently only considering candidates that are already living in the Seattle area.
