Qualifications

• Solid communication and client facing experience.
• Business Analyst preferably has been a QA with ability to troubleshoot technical specs from client, document business specs and find a solution to the business process.
• Experience with APIs.
• Solution mindset to solve business problems while mapping to existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews with key stakeholders to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze requirements to identify dependencies, conflicts, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop documentation including data mapping and transformation specifications, API specifications, and workflow diagrams.
• Review reporting and dashboards to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans and coordinate testing efforts.
