Job summary

Airshare seeks a Business Systems Analyst, AI Automation, to identify opportunities to improve business processes with technology, automation, and AI tools. You will work with business users, document requirements, and support adoption of Copilot and related technologies at our corporate headquarters in Overland Park, KS.

This is an on-site role with a strong focus on workflow optimization and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Business Admin, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in business analysis, IT support, or related roles.
• Experience working directly with business users.

Business Systems Analyst, AI Automation

This role helps departments identify opportunities to improve business processes using technology, automation, and AI tools. The role works closely with business users to understand challenges, document requirements, assist with solution implementation, and support adoption of Microsoft Copilot and related technologies. The position also provides occasional help desk and user support assistance during periods of high demand. This position requires working in the Corporate Headquarters office, located in Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Essential Duties

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Meet with business users to understand workflows and challenges.
• Document processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing technology solutions.
• Create process documentation and user guides.

AI & Automation Support

• Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases across departments.
• Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, Copilot solutions, and workflow automations.
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform, and related technologies.
• Assist departments with responsible adoption of AI technologies.
• Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend enhancements.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Create basic dashboards and reports.
• Assist departments with data collection and analysis.
• Support decision-making through reporting and metrics.

Project Delivery Support

• Assist with planning and tracking small technology, automation, and process improvement projects.
• Help document project goals, requirements, timelines, decisions, and follow-up items.
• Support testing, user review, and issue tracking before new tools or process changes are rolled out.
• Help prepare user communications, training materials, and rollout documentation.

IT Support

• Provide backup support for the IT Help Desk.
• Assist with account provisioning, onboarding, and documentation.
• Support hardware and software deployments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, IT support, process improvement, reporting, or related roles.
• Experience working directly with business users.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to document processes clearly and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic understanding of AI and automation concepts.
