Job Details

This position offers a pay range of $57,764.00/yr - $89,138.00/yr. Your actual salary will depend on your skills and experience. Please consult with your recruiter for more information.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee project implementation from the Product & Services Committee.
  • Apply specialized knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to coordinate resources across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, and closeout.
Minimum Qualifications
For Business Systems Analyst 1:
  • Current Civil Service eligible list for this title, OR
  • One year of permanent, competitive service in an eligible title under Civil Service Law, OR
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with two years of relevant business analysis experience, demonstrating activities such as requirements elicitation, process improvement, documentation, validation, and verification throughout SDLC.
For Business Systems Analyst Trainee 1:
  • Current Civil Service eligible list, OR
  • One year of permanent, competitive service in an eligible title, OR
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.

The salary includes location and/or geographic pay. Employees hired under NY HELPS may initially be appointed non-competitively, with potential conversion to competitive status later.
