Position:
We are seeking a Business Systems Operations Analyst to support daily ERP execution, system stability, and operational data accuracy across enterprise Saas platforms. This role focuses on high-frequency operational tasks, first-line system support, and structured process execution to ensure business continuity and reduce single-point dependency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute daily ERP operational tasks, including item master updates, inventory data validation, and transaction monitoring
- Perform structured investigation of discrepancies and validate system entries
- Ensure operational accuracy and timely completion of assigned system tasks
- Serve as primary operational support contact for internal users on ERP and enterprise SaaS systems
- Handle access requests, configuration questions, and workflow clarifications
- Track and manage system tickets through resolution
- Provide advanced operational support for recurring or high-impact system issues
- Escalate complex issues appropriately when root cause exceeds defined authority
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and HQ system teams to clarify operational requirements
- Assist in mapping ERP-related workflows and identifying bottlenecks
- Support alignment between business processes and system functionality
- Act as liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors
- Support system implementation initiatives by performing configuration tasks and assisting with testing and validation
- Assist in managing system parameters, reports, forms, and security roles where applicable
- Validate data integrity during new feature releases or updates
- Maintain awareness of system release notes and new functionality
- Develop and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and system usage guides
- Document recurring system issues and standard resolutions
- Build and maintain structured knowledge repository to reduce individual dependency
- Support business continuity and critical issue resolution when required
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP operations, business systems support, or enterprise SaaS administration
- Hands‑on experience working with inventory modules, item master data, and transaction validation
- Experience supporting reconciliation or data accuracy processes
- Strong attention to detail and structured working style
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation)
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Finance and Operations teams
- Ability to follow defined procedures consistently
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability
- Occasional after‑hours or weekend work if production issues arise
Education or Desired License and Certificates:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent.
- Technical problem solving/analytical skills
