Job summary

Google Cloud in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Share Business Systems Analyst to drive enterprise-scale initiatives across SAP-like systems, analytics, and operations. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications and guide the full SDLC from concept to deployment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience (or a Master’s with 3 years), deep domain knowledge in domain-specific systems, and strong data analysis of KPIs to inform

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in business systems analysis.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience designing and implementing domain-specific systems and building SDLC-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the project lifecycle from conception to launch, managing progress, mitigating risks, and updating all stakeholders.
• Partner with key business stakeholders and users to analyze complex problems and translate needs into high-level technical specifications.
• Design sustainable, scalable solutions and system enhancements that automate operations and deliver strategic impact to the business.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define, build, deploy, and support reliable systems, software products, and internal programs. Drive improvements to the discipline of business analysis and cross-team execution by identifying priorities and defining a strategic roadmap.
• Synthesize and document business strategy, defining feature designs that improve the reliability and efficiency of applications and systems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $184,000 - $190,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.
