Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Orlando seeks a Business Systems Analyst to apply AI solutions across operational workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to define problems, prioritize use cases, and implement AI-enabled tools.

You will document requirements, support design and rollout, and contribute to business cases and training to maximize value. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience with AI tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and a solid foundation in

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in information management, information technology, business administration, computing science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a related field.
• Fluency with AI-enabled tools; experience applying these tools in business contexts is an asset.
• Understanding of how AI solutions support operational workflows and outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills; ability to translate complex concepts and support data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and requirements documentation; translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; identify patterns and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Working with cross-functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to operational workflows and processes.
• Analyzing workflows to define problems and identify AI use cases based on value, impact, feasibility, and risk.
• Coordinating AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design, configuration, and rollout with cross-functional teams.
• Contributing to business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation plans.
• Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitoring usage and performance of AI-enabled tools to identify improvement opportunities.
• Helping build user confidence and capability with AI-enabled tools through training and ongoing support.
• Staying informed on emerging AI technologies and contributing to evaluating tools and platforms.
