The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications and systems. This role collaborates closely with various business units to understand their needs, troubleshoot application issues, configure software, and ensure optimal performance of application platforms. The analyst also plays a key role in implementing new systems, performing upgrades, and supporting system integrations to drive process improvements and deliver better business outcomes.
The base salary for this position ranges from a low of $97,644.00 to a maximum of $146,466, with offers typically between the low and middle of the range, based on education, skills, experience and internal equity among other factors. This role is also eligible to participate in the company annual discretionary bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
