Syneos Health Consulting is seeking a Business System Owner, R&D; consulting role remotely in the US. You will lead interim product ownership, drive governance, and coordinate between regulatory stakeholders and IT teams.

You will help make life science R&D operations more efficient, own roadmaps, forecast and price services, and develop profitable business with account harvesting.

You are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with relentless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable and come out on top.

In this role, you will be accountable for project management, team leadership, and business development. As a visible leader of the business, you will drive commercial success by securing profitable business, actively harvesting accounts, creating leads, and ensuring accurate project forecasting and pricing. You’ll join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting, where you will help make life science R&D organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance.

Role Summary

Strategic business-facing product leader responsible for providing interim business system ownership, product direction, prioritization, and coordination between regulatory stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume interim Product Owner/Business System Owner responsibilities.
• Establish governance and prioritization for regulatory applications.
• Partner with Business Process Excellence (BPE) leaders and process owners.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps and priorities.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Support decision-making for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Drive alignment across multiple functions and regulatory business groups.
• Improve visibility into business capabilities, risks, and resource dependencies.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
