Job description

Currently, I have an opening for a Business System Lead, Risk Management (Remote position). Details for the position are as follows:

• Technical Information:
• 10-month contract with potential for extension or conversion
• Remote, supporting CST hours
• Pay: $90-99 hourly (W2 Only!), depending on experience level

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
• Experience in the biotech/pharma industry, including clinical trial management and operational systems such as clinical trial risk systems (RBQM or RBM)

Job Description:

1. Partner closely with the Business System Owner for the system portfolio to capture the prioritization of functional requirements.
2. Serve as a key contact for risk management applications, including informing system-level process definition, training development, and change management.
3. Document functional requirements for the system(s) in alignment with GDO/R&D business and strategic priorities.
4. Partner with the Business System Owner to drive the functional prioritization of system requirements and capabilities, and contribute to the development of the overall risk management technology roadmap(s).
5. Partner with the Product Manager(s) to ensure functional requirements are translated into system requirements and planned for releases.
6. Serve as the primary contact for business-side system questions, coordinating with the Business System owner.
7. Own and collaborate with other key stakeholders to find timely and accurate resolutions to questions.
8. Drive business-side User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new system features and capabilities, including creating UAT scripts, coordinating with functional UAT testers, conducting testing, documenting outcomes, and communicating with the product team.
9. Handle business administration tasks such as centralized inbox management, data cleaning, and other data creation requests.
10. Manage user access request forms, verifying training and access approval for risk tools.
